SHIPPING

We are based in Mykonos, Greece, and all of our products are shipped worldwide directly from our shop / office during business days. Estimated delivery times and costs are listed below. 

Shipping within EU countries 
DHL/ UPS: 2-5 business days, 19,99 EUR

Shipping outside EU countries 
DHL/ UPS: 2-5 business days, 24,99 EUR

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier collects the parcel from our warehouse. We strive to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

TAXES & DUTIES

All taxes and duties (for orders outside europe) are not included in the final price of the items. Please note that the carrier may request additional personal information for customs clearance, even if taxes and duties have already been paid. This is a standard legal procedure, kindly provide the required information to the carrier to ensure a prompt delivery of your package.

Receiver is responsibel for CLEARANCE and payment of taxes that may apply for orders shipped outside europe.


RETURNS

To make a return, please send us an email HERE.

- We will need your Order Number and the e-mail address that was used when ordering to be able to register the return in our Return Portal.
- INform us the reason of the return.
- Pack the return items using the original packaging the order was sent in.
- You will receive a return label that will be sent by email after informing us abou the return. Print it and place securely to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest service point of the carrier to be able to ship the return parcel.

Please note that your return cost will not be covered by us.

RETURN FEE
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. We will inform you about the return fee for your adress per email.

    RETURNS POLICY
    All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to us. Please also note that you cannot return your order from a country different from where it was delivered.

CUSTOME MADE ORDERS CAN BE ONLY RETURNED FOR A CREDIT NOTE, NO MONEY REFUND.

A refund for your return will be issued within 10 business days after it has been received. During peak sales or holiday periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 50 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order.


EXCHANGES
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.
